Stacy Hunt is an artist and educator working in Ferndale, Michigan. Her artwork explores the boundaries of traditional fiber art in weaving, crochet, and textiles through color, texture, and form. Stacy’s art is focused on the process of creating and the small stitches that make up the larger work.

As an educator, Stacy believes that everyone is an artist and creative. She embraces projects that bring people together and creates opportunities for engagement over perfection. Stacy has a Master of Education with a focus in Art Education from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Art in Art History from The Ohio State University.
